We want you to love your Oak & Acorn pieces. Because many of our items are limited, special, or custom, our return and warranty policies are designed to balance a fair customer experience with the realities of small-batch production.
Eligible merchandise purchased directly from oakandacornbrand.com may be returned within ten (10) days of delivery for a refund, provided it meets the condition requirements below. For a more comprehensive explanation of our policies, please refer to our Terms of Use page.

1. Condition of Returned Items
All approved returns from www.oakandacornbrand.com must:
Be returned by the original purchaser
Be unworn and unwashed
Include all original product components
Be in the original packaging, including attached tags and original garment bag when applicable
OAK & ACORN reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and may limit or refuse a return if we reasonably suspect misuse of the policy, excessive return activity, reseller activity, fraud, or item damage caused after delivery.
2. return shipping
As a customer-service courtesy, OAK & ACORN currently covers standard return shipping for approved returns made within this policy. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
This courtesy applies only to eligible returns approved by OAK & ACORN. We reserve the right to decline coverage for returns that fall outside this policy or that do not meet the condition requirements above.
3. Where You Purchased Matters
Only items purchased directly by the original purchaser from www.oakandacornbrand.com may be considered for return or warranty support by OAK & ACORN.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers:
If you purchased your item from one of our authorized retail partners, please contact that retailer directly for returns, exchanges, or support. That retailer's store policies will apply.
Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers:
If you purchase OAK & ACORN products from unauthorized resellers, including certain marketplace sellers, the OAK & ACORN warranty is not valid and we have no warranty obligation for those products. For full protection, please purchase only through oakandacornbrand.com or an authorized retailer.
4. Items That Cannot Be Cancelled or Refunded
The following items are final sale unless required otherwise by law:
Pre-order products
Custom, made-to-order or repurposed products
Final sale products
Limited edition products specifically marked as final sale
Products with additional terms listed on their product page
For these items, OAK & ACORN is not obligated to accept cancellations or issue refunds after the order is placed.
5. how to start a return
To request a return, contact us at info@oakandacornbrand.com within ten (10) days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return. Your explanation for returning the item helps us improve fit, quality, and product experience.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from OAK & ACORN.
6. Limited Warranty & Order Issues
If a delivered product is defective, damaged, misdescribed, or if you received the wrong item, please notify OAK & ACORN within five (5) days of delivery by contacting info@oakandacornbrand.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the item received
We will review the issue and respond as soon as possible, and in any case within five (5) business days after receiving your message.
Where applicable, OAK & ACORN reserves the right to repair the product, replace the product, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Our warranty liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
We also reserve the right to limit returns if we suspect misuse of this policy, such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud.
