Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Dates Are Estimates Only
Any delivery date shown on our website, at checkout, or in your order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee
Your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated date.
For time-sensitive gifts or special occasions, we encourage you to place your order in a timely fashion and select expedited shipping when needed.
Oak & Acorn is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
We always use reasonable efforts to ship on time, but once a package is with the carrier, actual transit time is outside our direct control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oakandacornbrand.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
2. If We Cannot Ship Within 15 Days
If OAK & ACORN is unable to ship your order within fifteen (15) days after your order is confirmed:
We will notify you at the email address associated with your order.
You may choose to accept a new estimated shipping date or cancel your order at no cost.
If you cancel, you will receive a refund for any items you paid for but did not receive.
3. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
If a product you ordered is out of stock or can no longer be supplied for any reason:
We will notify you at the email address associated with your order.
We may cancel your order, in whole or in part.
You will receive a full refund for any cancelled items that you have already paid for.
4. Multiple-Item Orders & Split Shipments
When you place an order that includes more than one product, we will do our best to ship all items together in a single shipment.
If one or more items are unavailable at the time of shipping, we may:
Ship the available items first, and
Ship the remaining items as they become available.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for a split shipment beyond the shipping amount charged at checkout.
5. International Orders, Customs, Taxes, and Fees
For orders shipped outside of the United States:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees required by the destination country.
Placing your order serves as your electronic authorization for the carrier or customs broker to act on your behalf as needed.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by OAK & ACORN.
