Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Dates Are Estimates Only

Any delivery date you see on our website, at checkout, or in your order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee.

  • Your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated date.

  • Oak & Acorn is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

We always use reasonable efforts to ship on time, but once a package is with the carrier, actual transit time is outside our direct control.

2. If We Cannot Ship Within 30 Days

If Oak & Acorn is unable to deliver your order within thirty (30) days after we confirm acceptance of your order:

  1. We will notify you.

  2. You may choose to:

    • Accept a new estimated delivery date, or

    • Cancel your order at no cost.

If you cancel, you will receive a refund for any items you paid for but did not receive.

3. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

If a product you ordered is out of stock or can no longer be supplied for any reason:

  • We may cancel your order, in whole or in part.

  • We will notify you in writing (usually by email).

  • You will receive a refund for any cancelled items that you have already paid for.

4. Multiple-Item Orders & Split Shipments

When you place an order that includes more than one product:

  • We will try to ship all items together in a single shipment.

  • If one or more items are unavailable at the time of shipping, we may:

    • Ship the available items first, and

    • Ship the remaining items as they become available.

Charges:

  • You will only be charged for items that have shipped.

  • You will only be charged for shipping at the rate shown on your purchase receipt.

  • The full shipping charge for your order may be applied to the first shipment in a multiple-shipment order

5. Shipping Times & Ordering Early

We cannot guarantee the exact date or time your order will arrive. All shipping and transit times are estimates only.

To help avoid disappointment, especially for gifts or time-sensitive occasions, we encourage you to:

  • Place your order in a timely fashion

  • Allow extra time for potential delays related to carriers or product availability

6. International Orders, Customs, Taxes, and Fees

For products imported into the United States or any other country:

  • By placing an order, you authorize the designated carrier or customs broker to act as your agent with customs and tax authorities in the destination country.

  • This authorization allows them to:

    • Clear your merchandise through customs, and

    • Process and remit any taxes, duties, and fees that may be due on your shipment.

Your Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees related to your order, as required by the destination country.

  • Your order serves as your electronic signature, authorizing the carrier or customs broker to handle these steps on your behalf.
